The Jabra CC Agent app improves the Cisco Finesse call centre agent's work efficiency by enabling frequently used call features to be easily controlled from the agent's Jabra headset control box on Jabra BIZ 2300, Jabra BIZ 2400II and Jabra Link 260.
The Jabra CC Agent app is a small application that, when installed on the Cisco Finesse call centre softphone server, enables all the agents equipped with Jabra BIZ 2300, Jabra BIZ 2400II and/or Jabra Link 260 to control these three Finesse softphone features directly from their Jabra headset control boxes:
Two functions can be available at a time, and are selected by the Cisco Finesse server administrator when installing the Jabra CC Agent app.
The CC Agent app leaves a small footprint on the call centre agent's workstation. And the agent can see in the Finesse browser user interface the ready/not ready status when it is toggled from the Jabra headset control box.
